The 2025 Junior Golf Tournament Series at Geneva National brought together both GN Members’ children and juniors from the public for a fun and competitive season.
Highlights included strong performances from Logan Dammeir and Jozlyn Bria in the Girls 10–13 division, while Owen Ichen and Cody Hang led the way for Boys 10–13. In the Boys 9 & Under group, Tallon Bria consistently topped the leaderboard, and Wesley Nerland and Jack Rudd made their mark in the Boys 14–18 division.
The series wrapped with a points race that crowned overall champions in each age group, celebrating not only tournament victories but also steady play throughout the season. Congratulations to all participants for making the summer series a success and continuing to grow the game of golf at Geneva National!

We’ve had a fantastic season on the Upper Practice Tees, and to ensure optimal grass recovery for 2026, we’ll be transitioning to mostly mat use starting Monday, September 15. The Lower Grass Tee (parallel to Palmer 17) will remain available to GN Members.
Thank you for your cooperation as we protect the turf and continue to enjoy a great fall of golf.

Member Course GPS Now Set at 4 Hours
The Membership Professional Staff can now schedule the Member Course GPS to 4 hours on a weekly basis. For those members who have played over the past week and helped us test this new GPS setting, thank you for your insights and we think this will keep all our member’s better informed as to their current pace of play. Remember this 4 hour pace is only for the Member Course and we remind all to keep pace with the group in front of you.
HELPFUL TIPS
- Choose correct set of tees for your playing ability.
- Read your putt while others are putting and finish tap-ins.
- When sharing a cart, drop partner at their ball and go to your ball. After playing your shot, return and pick up your partner on way to the next shot.
- Stay within 1 shot of the group in front of your group.
- Aim to play in 20 seconds, club selection, pre-shot routine, hit it!
- Play ready golf and skip honors, when ready and safe go ahead and play even if not farthest away.
- Watch flight and position of all players and help locate stray shots.
