Join us for a watch party as we kick off the football season with the highly anticipated game between the Packers and the Eagles! The action starts at 7:15pm, and the Member Tap Room is the place to be. Cheer on your favorite team, enjoy great company, and food and drink specials during the first official game of the season.

Battle it out on-course with this golf event featuring two separate divisions, one man and two women and two men and one woman. Scoring will be 1 Net Best Ball on the odd holes and 2 Net Best Balls on the even holes.

CLOSING SCRAMBLE

SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 22 | KICKS-OFF AT 7:30AM

This annual GN tradition begins with a breakfast buffet, featuring a Bloody Mary and Screwdriver Bar. There will be separate scramble events for both men and women. The golf scramble will conclude around 1:30pm, followed by an outdoor lunch to celebrate the season. The Club Championship and other year-end awards will be presented during the lunch.

DIVOT FILLING EVENT

CLOSEST-TO-THE-PIN

On Wednesday, August 28, around 50 members became honorary grounds crew staff. We held a Divot Filling Party on the Palmer Course, during which each member was assigned 2-3 holes to fill divots and improve the golf course. After completing their divot duties, the members gathered at the 1st hole to enjoy light snacks, drinks, and compete in a closest-to-the-pin contest. Director of Grounds, Kevin Knudtson, and Palmer Superintendent, Brian Johnson, express their thanks to all who participated. The results of the closest-to-the-pin contest and GN Gift Card winners are below.

CLUB NOTES

MEMBER GUEST GOLF RATE

With the days getting shorter we will be adjusting the afternoon $32 member guest rate. Starting on September 1, the rate will be available after 2:30pm until September 30. From October 1 onwards, it will be available after 1:30pm. Guest rate valid on the Member Course only.

ACCOUNTING HAS MOVED

The Membership Accounting office has moved with the entire finance team across the lake to the Ridge Hotel. Should any questions or concerns come up with your statement, please do not hesitate to call or email Tim. If an in-person meeting is needed, Tim will arrange a time to meet with you in the Ridge lobby or in the new office area.
